We take full responsibility for support in the process of identifying and acquiring add-on or stand-alone businesses and can assist in everything from financial modelling, valuation, and synergy analysis to developing decision material to be presented to the Board of Directors and/or advisors. At Zention we guide entrepreneurs through the investor landscape and help them partner up with the investors that best suit their needs. We assume complete responsibility for the whole transaction process, from beginning to end. This includes preparing all relevant marketing material such as an investor pitch, investor contacts and taking full responsibility for the due diligence process as well as negotiation.
